A chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Lagos State, Ambassador Abayomi Nurain Mumuni, has enjoined President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to pick the best
Mumuni, who was a member of the Security and Intelligence Committee of Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, noted that this was necessary for the new administration to move the country forward.
The former gubernatorial candidate of the defunct Congress for Progressives Change, CPC, in Lagos state, advised the former Lagos governor to put round pegs in a round hole by appointing the best brains as ministers and advisers. Mumuni made these declarations on Tuesday in a statement issued on his behalf by his media aide, Rasheed Abubakar, a copy of which was made available to DAILY POST.
“He also has the important task of uniting aggrieved members of the APC back to the fold, those who kicked against the Muslim-Muslim ticket and those who felt slighted with the position of the party on the National Assembly leadership. As a party, we must continue to forge a united front.
