This is not the first time Wike, who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party , is inviting members of other parties to inaugurate projects in Rivers state., governor of Lagos and a member of the All Progressives Congress , was in Rivers for the inauguration of the Orochiri-Worukwo flyover in Port Harcourt.
