Author:The Independent National Electoral Commission in Kano has distributed sensitive and non-sensitive materials for the gubernatorial and state assembly elections in the state.TheCable visited Kano municipal council headquarters to observe the distribution of materials.
The bimodal voter accreditation system , sealed ballot papers, and result sheets were the sensitive materials distributed to the supervisory presiding officers .International election observers, security officials, and party agents witnessed the distribution.
