Comments Veteran comedian, Babatunde Omidina a.k.a. Baba Suwe, has recently been in the news after a broadcaster raised alarm that the actor is dying of an unknown illness. According to the broadcaster, the actor has been abandoned to his fate by colleagues who have kept their distance in spite of knowing his present condition. Mr Babatunde Omidina, a.k.a. “Mayor Gbenga Adewusi visited Baba Suwe on his hospital bed and having been briefed of the current situation, he initiated an SOS to Rev. Esther Ajayi through Biodun Paseda to see where the philanthropist can help Baba Suwe. Immediately she offered to support with N10million and his flight ticket to support whatever Baba Suwe had gathered in order to get thorough medical assistance quickly. She spoke to Baba Suwe and offered him prayers.
