The Labour Party's 2023 Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has expressed his congratulations to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) for the revitalization of the old Port Harcourt refinery. The refinery, which has commenced operations again, promises to reduce importation of Premium Motor Spirit and may lead to a positive impact on the economy and pump prices.
