Ahead of the Peoples Democratic Party National Executive Committee meeting, scheduled for Thursday, April 18, a PDP support group, known as PDP Restructure Movement has endorsed former deputy governor of Kogi State, Phillips Salawu, as the next National Chairman of the party.
He said that their candidate, Salawu, is non-aligned and would therefore be better positioned to be fair, just, and equitable to all concerned. “This highly influential and industrious son of Ebiraland is a man with unquenchable hunger for iconic and distinguished accomplishments in life. The former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, has literally conquered the academic world and professional bodies and affiliations, even to the point that, arguably, it is safe to say that there is no mountain left for him to climb again in the ladder of success.
