The Peoples Democratic Party on Saturday condemned the killing of Funke Olakunrin, daughter of Chairman of Yoruba Socio-cultural group, Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, by yet-to-be apprehended gunmen.
PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Kola Ologbondiyan in a statement also lamented the perceived lethargy in apprehending Olankunri’s killers.
He said, “The party bewails that the killing of Olakunrin marks yet another national loss occasioned by the failure of the Buhari administration to secure the nation beyond lip service, a development that has emboldened marauders in our country.
