Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni has changed People Living with Disabilities in the state to actively participate in the upcoming data collection
Buni gave the charge on Saturday in a statement by his Spokesman, Mamman Mohammed when he received a letter from the National Commission for Persons with Disability, by the state Coordinator Comrade Mohammed Abba lsa.
He said the upcoming exercise is an opportunity for them to benefit from the Federal government’s palliatives. Isah had informed Governor Buni that the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities would commence the data collection exercise on Thursday 12th August, 2021 in all the 17 local government areas in the state.
Isah said, “the data collected would be used in the distribution of palliative now and in the future.
