Instead, he clarified that his comments were borne out of the future and survival of the state.Makinde said he accorded Ajimobi due respect not only as Governor but as his senior.
Makinde had raised his concerns about how contracts were allegedly being awarded at the twilight of the APC administration in the state.The newly elected governor stated further that there were documents that showed the list of roads which government had allegedly released or planning to release almost N40 billion but which cannot even take off before May 29.
Makinde, however, warned that he may reverse any fresh contracts adding that perpetrators of such acts will not go unpunished.
