Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Osogbo, on Thursday, adjourned further proceedings till November 16, 2022, as the plaintiff, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola presented more documents before it for consideration.
Counsel for the 1st respondent, the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mr. Jamiu Olabode, Mr. Niyi Owolade, who represented Adeleke, the 2nd respondent, and Mr. Nathaniel Oke, SAN, representing the PDP, the 3rd respondent in the matter, all objected the documents brought by the plaintiffs.
They however reserved argument on the objection till when final written addresses would be presented by the parties. After the documents have been marked, the panel admitted them as exhibits before it and the chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Tersea Kume, adjourned proceedings to Wednesday, November 16.All rights reserved.
