Sharing his view on the industry with TheCable on Monday, the expert asked the government to “liquidate” all refineries managed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited. “It is time to remove the cancer, NNPC LTD must stop to use our upstream oil and gas profits to fund the midstream Regulatory Authority.”Kunle further said all the Pipelines and Products Marketing Company’s depots and products pipelines, which have been long moribund, “are now due for liquidations”.
“Dangote Refinery is now replacing the good spirit and letter henceforth. PBAT has succeeded in belling the cat.
