The Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke has declared Friday, March 17, a public holiday.
The statement added that Adeleke further advised residents of the state to be peaceful and law-abiding as they prepare for the election. In an earlier statement, the acting chairman of All Progressives Congress in Osun State, Tajudeen Lawal called on the electorates to take the election seriously and troop out en masse and vote massively for all APC candidates.
