The Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has imposed an immediate curfew on Irepodun and Orolu local government areas of the state.
Also, Ilobu and Ifon communities have been at daggers drawn over the ownership of a parcel of land, which bounds both communities. “This is to inform the public that the attention of the Osun state government has been drawn to the communal clash on land dispute between Ilobu and Ifon communities. “The curfew will start between the hours of 8pm and 6am. Human and vehicular movements are hereby restricted during the curfew until further notice.
