Niall Barry and Sean Zeisz was said to have been the orchestrators of the 28-year-old council worker's fatal shooting
Two of Ashley Dale 's killers netted more than £2million from dealing drugs but will only be required to pay back £1 each. Niall Barry and Sean Zeisz were described as being the 'organisers' of the gangland attack, which saw the 28-year-old council worker shot dead with a Skorpion submachine gun in her own home on Leinster Road in Old Swan in the early hours of August 21 2022.
Mr Langhorn said of this: 'The defendant denies it is his vehicle, but by the jury's findings he clearly had control of it and it was clearly used in the commission of the offences.' Barry - whose mum was told to sit down at one stage during the hearing, having stood up in the public gallery and gestured towards her son - however said the car 'wasn't mine'.
