At least one person has been killed at Shasha community in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Some of the residents who spoke with DAILY POST on Sunday noted that they are currently living in fear. “In the early hours of Saturday, some guys went to the house of one leader, perhaps after the man had gone to the mosque and they robbed people in the house. So, they alerted the Amotekun Corps. Another source, however, revealed that some traders who relocated to Akinyele were the ones responsible.Our correspondent recalls that the fresh crisis at Shasha is coming five months after the crisis which claimed several lives was recorded in the community.
