One burnt to death as gas explosion rocks Ijebu-Ode

One person was said to have been burnt to death on Sunday in a fire accident that rocked Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

The fire incident was a result of a gas explosion that reportedly occurred at the Golden Estate in Ijebu-Ode.According to him, security operatives had been deployed to the scene. Oyeyemi disclosed that the remains of the person who died in the fire incident had been taken to the General Hospital morgue, Ijebu-Ode.

He added that no one sustains an injury in the gas explosion, saying that the only affected person died immediately as others scampered to safety.
