Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have arrived Akure, the Ondo State capital, ahead of Saturday's governorship election. Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos, Dapo Abiodun, Ogun, Biodun Oyebanji, Ekiti, and the immediate past deputy governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu are in Akure for the grand finale of the party's campaign.

Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu , Lagos, Dapo Abiodun , Ogun, Biodun Oyebanji , Ekiti, and the immediate past deputy governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu are in Akure for the grand finale of the party's campaign. Sanwo-Olu 's media aide, Gboyega Akosile, disclosed the arrival of the APC chieftains for the mega rally.
Posting on X, Akosile wrote, 'Flash: Governors @jidesanwoolu, his Ogun State counterpart @DapoAbiodunCON, Ekiti State Governor @biodunaoyebanji, former Deputy Governor of Edo State @phillips Shuaibu, Lagos GAC members and leaders of the @OfficialAPCNg storm Akure for the party’s and Governor @LuckyAiyedatiwa’s mega rally ahead of Saturday’s Governorship election.
