Pastor Giwa assured the people of Ondo State that despite the governor's shortcomings, he would emerge victorious in Saturday's polls.
' Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress, APC, would be heading into Saturday's election as the strongest of all the contestants as an incumbent governor. He will face opposition like Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olusola Ebiseni of the Labour Party, LP, and Abbas Mimiko of the Zenith Labour Party. Meanwhile, there have been claims that the governor failed to perform since assuming office after the death of his predecessor, Rotimi Akeredolu in 2023.
