On direct primary I stand, says Kekemeke
A governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo State, Isaacs Kekemeke, said on Wednesday that direct primary is the best mode of primary for the chapter.
The politician described himself as the most experienced aspirant, having served as Minority Leader of the House of Assembly, Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Works and Transport Commissioner, Secretary to Government and pioneer Chairman of APC. He spoke with reporters in Lagos on his ambition, vision and mission, the proposed primary and chances of the ruling party at the governorship poll.Kekemeke said: “I am an exposed local boy who knows the challenges of the people.”
He added:” There is a lingering problem arising from the congresses of 2018 and a direct primary will ensure that it will not raise its head after the direct primary.”
