If there is nothing to be afraid of, then there should be no cause for fear,” Dino De Leon said.The lawyers filed a freedom of information request for Mr. Duterte’s SALN. In 2016, the President issued Executive Order No. 2, to operationalize legislation pertaining to freedom of information in the executive branch.
Mr. Duterte claimed in public that his SALN was available to anyone as long as Martires allows its release.
