The Nation Newspaper Olubadan: Olakulehin's enthronement process to begin Tuesday
Recall that the late 42nd Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun, who reigned for two years, joined his ancestors at the age of 81 recently at the University College Hospital , Ibadan, after a brief illness.
The Nation gathered that kingmakers in Ibadanland will meet on Tuesday to ratify the Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, as the next Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The meeting, slated for the Mapo Hall, will have in attendance all the kingmakers, alongside the Olubadan-designate, Oba Olakulehin. Olakulehin is expected to be at the meeting where his nomination will be ratified by the kingmakers before his name would be forwarded to the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde for approval.
