Ogun Teachers To Resume August 3

The governor’s aide also appealed to all stakeholders to cooperate with the state government towards ensuring a safe return to schools.All Secondary School Teachers in Ogun State are expected to be at their duty posts on Monday, 3rd August to work with their Principals in preparing for students resumption on Tuesday, 4th August 2020.

In a statement released and signed by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Primary & Secondary Education, Mrs. Ronke Soyombo explained that resumption of Teachers ahead of students would enable them to assist in the distribution of materials provided by the State Government for the WASSCE Examinations scheduled to commence on August 17th, 2020.

According to the release, all the guidelines stipulated by the government for the resumption of students are to be followed strictly by all school administrators. The release also enjoined all stakeholders to cooperate with the government towards ensuring a safe return to schools.
