The police command in Ogun has arrested one Ifeoma Ossai for allegedly killing Surulere Oladele, her landlord, following a scuffle over payment of an electricity bill.

Oyeyemi said the disagreement ensued after the deceased asked Ossai for the payment of her electricity bill.Advertisement “Upon the report, the DPO Sango Ota division, CSP Saleh Dahiru, quickly led his detectives to the scene where the suspect was promptly arrested and taken to custody for investigation.”

“This led to a scuffle between them, consequent upon which the suspect grabbed the manhood of the deceased and dragged him with it.
