Members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers have received a warning from the Ogun State Government not to take any action that could lead to the breakdown of law and order in the state. The government gave the warning in response to an alleged plan by some members of NURTW operating in Ijebu Ode to challenge the decisions made by the Union's established leadership in the state and, in doing so, stage a protest to emphasize their stance.
'This bulletin is to notify and remind NURTW and its members of their corporate and personal/individual duty to conduct corporate and personal activities strictly within the ambit of the laws, rules, and regulations that the Constitution of Nigeria demands.
