The Ogun State Government has distanced itself from a fake website asking unsuspecting indigenes to log in their details in order to receive palliative
In a statement issued by the Chief Economic Adviser to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Wednesday, Oladapo Okubadejo, the government disclosed that the website was “aimed at fleecing gullible and innocent residents of the state,” stressing that it did not emanate from the state government.
“We wish to inform citizens of Ogun State that the website promoting the headline, FG 5bn Naira Ogun State Subsidy Palliative Online Registration is completely fake.
