He made this declaration during a special Jumat service held at the Central Mosque, Kobiti, Abeokuta, Ogun, to usher in his second term inauguration on May 29.
He thanked the Muslim faithful in the state for their cordial relationship with other religious bodies as well as their support towards the success of his administration.
He added, “All the areas that we have yet to touch, we will touch them and make them better. We will ensure that we give the people good governance and people-oriented governance.” In his sermon, the Mufasiru of Egbaland, Dr Taofeek Amolegbe, noted that public office isn’t about how sound a candidate is academically or how rich he is.
