The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun; and the governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement in March 9 election, Adekunle Akinlade, will know their fate on Saturday.
The State’s Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal on Tuesday disclosed that it would deliver the long-awaited judgement in the petition filed by Akinlade against the victory of Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress at the poll.
The notice of hearing was signed by the Secretary of the Tribunal, Onyechi Ikpeasu and obtained by our Correspondent, dated September 10, 2019. The notice of hearing reads, “Take notice the judgement in above election will be heard at High Court 8 on Saturday, the 14th day of September, 2019.”
