Ogun: Education was in ruins under Amosun – Gov Abiodun

Abiodun stated this on Saturday, at the inauguration of the new executive members of the National Association of Ogun State Students .

Apparently making veiled reference to Amosun, Abiodun said, “Primary and secondary schools were totally abandoned, while tertiary education was almost shut down.” Adeyemi said academic activities were allegedly grounded for more than one year in the two ciatadels of learning, saying Abiodun, immediately he assumed office, made the two schools his priority.Speaking, the newly inaugurated National President of NAOSS, Gbemileke Ogunronbi, appreciated Gov Abiodun for “his efforts in the education sector since he came on board.”
