The Ogun State Government has said it would distribute transformers to about 20 communities spread across the Local Government Areas of the state.
Speaking earlier, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Mr. Fatai Ogunlana, said, ‘’Better days are here for communities across the state, as there is a symbiotic relationship between the Community Development Associations and government.”
In his remarks, the Chairman, Ikenne Local Government, Olusegun Ogunleye, appreciated the state government for reaching out to the masses and putting smiles on the faces of people at the grassroots. He said the provision of transformers to selected communities would serve as a great opportunity for the people.
On his part, the Zonal Chairman for Ikenne Community Development Council, Segun Taiwo, lauded the state government and the ministry for bringing succour to communities in Ikenne.All rights reserved.
