An Ogun State High Court sitting in Sagamu has summoned the councillor-elect for Ward 3, Iperu Remo, in the Ikenne Local Government, Lekan Osinowo, and the All Progressives Congress over an allegation of substitution of name.The court summoned the defendants to appear before it on Monday, in the case of alleged substitution of names filed by the party’s aspirant, Olaleye Babatunde.
