Mr Obi had cited the failure of INEC to upload the photographic copies of polling unit result sheets to IReV portal real-time during the 25 February election as one of the breaches that marred the disputed poll.

A witness of the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on Monday, told the Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja that the INEC’s IReV portal did not experience any glitches to justify the failure to upload real time the polling unit results of the 25 February presidential election.

Mr Obi filed his petition at the presidential election court to challenge the victory of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress , citing the failure to upload the results of the election to IReV as one the breaches that marred the disputed poll.

After admitting the documents, the court adjourned the suit until Tuesday for cross examination of Ms Ogar.For the umpteenth time, Mr Obi has accused INEC of refusing to provide his legal team with necessary documents to prosecute his case against Mr Tinubu’s victory at the polls.
