The Deputy Director, Public Affairs of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Kehinde Bamigbetan, and his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Cuncil, Anthony Ehilebo, have said that the endorsement of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has no electoral value.
The APC and PDP chieftains made this known in an interview on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily programme on Monday morning, monitored by our correspondent.
He further stated that Obasanjo would not be able to deliver his polling booth to the Labour Party candidate, Obi. When asked if the endorsement had any electoral value, Bamigbetan said, “It has no electoral value. We know it is a project that he has been working on for the past two, three years and it will soon blow up in his face.”
