The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi on Saturday promised to tackle the security challenge being experienced across the country if elected in next month’s presidential election.
If elected, he promised to restore the glory days Borno State was known for while also assuring farmers of a secured environment to practice their trade.
“Sambisa forest, which the terrorists have used as a base from where they torment this state, will be turned into a farm land to produce. “Through our consumption to production policy, we will engage the youths, pull people out of poverty and return the state to its original position as the commercial hub of the region,” Obi said.All rights reserved.
