The Speaker of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Hon Mubarak Mijinyawa has congratulated the new Minister of Youths and Sport Development, Mr Sunday Dare, and other ministers who have been inaugurated today by the President, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
