In a statement issued on Thursday, Sara-Igbe Sukubo, NYCN president, asked Olawande to “effect meaningful change and drive youth empowerment initiatives across the nation”. “The challenges confronting Nigerian youth are multifaceted and require a robust response. High unemployment rates, inadequate access to quality education, and limited opportunities for skill development are just a few of the obstacles that need urgent attention.
“Such partnerships will amplify the reach and effectiveness of youth-focused programs, ensuring that no young person is left behind in the quest for development and opportunity.”“Our network is vast and our commitment to empowering youth across Nigeria is resolute. We encourage all Nigerian youths to rally behind the newly appointed Minister, the Federal Government, and all leaders in positions of power,” Sukubo said.
