Former champions, Rivers Angels and Delta Queens battled to a 0- 0 draw in their Nigeria Women’s Football League clash in Port Harcourt.Holders Bayelsa Queens were forced to a 1-1 draw by Naija Ratels in Abuja.

Sunday Juliet gave Bayelsa Queens the lead through a header in the first half, while Agama Ziperekefeghe equalised for the hosts 17 minutes from time. In Warri, Heartland Queens recorded their first win of the season courtesy of a 1-0 win against Royal Queens.Adamawa Queens recorded their third win of the campaign edging out Nasarawa Amazons 1-0 with Ijeoma Obi scoring the decisive goal.Edo Queens occupy top spot in Group B with 12 points, while Adamawa Queens, Nasarawa Amazons, Abia Angels and Confluence Queens all have seven points each.
