The League Management Company (LMC) at the weekend disclosed that the 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) first transfer window will open for seven weeks from today and close on September 20.

The LMC made the announcement in a circular sent to all NPFL clubs. The body also added that the transfer window has been approved by FIFA and CAF.

The LMC advised management of clubs to take note of the dates and process the transfers for both CAF interclub competitions and the NPFL within the stipulated dates. The ongoing 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season will conclude on August 5.
