NOC charges sports administers to partner ministries of education
The Nigeria Olympic Committee, NOC, has charged sports administrators to cultivate the habit of working very closely with their states ministry of Education in order to uncover and harness potential athletes at the grassroots who could go on to represent Nigeria internationally.
