Former Saudi Arabian Football Federation Spokesman, Mohammed Al-Sheikh is unhappy with the power given to Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr. He is questioning the role given to the Portuguese at the SPL side this summer, reckoning that Ronaldo's influence in top decisions making absolute and authority is not professional. The Knights of Najd were able to convince Ronaldo to remain at the club despite the 40-year-old being linked with multiple clubs.
It is also reported that his new deal would see the Portuguese influence the club's transfers and make key decisions behind the scenes. The player is said to have influenced the sacking of Stefano Pioli and replacing him with Jorge Jesus with the latter previously stating that Ronaldo had requested his appointment. The club also recently appointed Ronaldo's close friend, Jose Semedo as CEO, replacing Majed Jamaan Al-Sorour, who has vowed to drag the club to court.
