The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) led government in the state of using the Southeastern
The opposition party made the allegation in a communique issued at the end of its meeting in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital.
“It is difficult to hold Ebubeagu accountable for their crimes. What is more dangerous is the fact that since they operate in mufti, it is difficult to separate their activities from that of unknown gunmen and other criminals,” it added. According to him, the PDP is angered by the successes of the security outfit in tackling the deteriorating security situations in the state, stating that the party had not indicated support for Ebubeagu when it was being established.
