The New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) has demanded an immediate investigation into the alleged diversion of state resources by Abba Ganduje, son of the Kano state governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje. Abba Ganduje is also the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Dawakin Tofa, Rimingado and Tofa federal constituency in the House of Representatives. The party chairman, Umar Haruna Doguwa disclosed this in a statement.

The statement further revealed that the said vehicles have been assembled on the premises of the temporary campus of the Northwest University, Kano and awaiting onward distribution to supporters of Abba.
