I do this through my work in child safety and reducing substance abuse. I also provide strategies for social impact initiatives so that the founders and the beneficiaries derive mutual satisfaction.
I continued with my work in the airline and during my leave periods, I would take certifications to boost my knowledge and expertise. Few years after trying to get full-time safety jobs to no avail and receiving an email which was my last hope, I had a divine inspiration to start something. I initially wrestled with it because I didn’t believe I had enough to start.
I always knew I had to be involved in work that made life better for other young people. While growing up, I wasn’t certain how that would happen but I knew that was part of my life’s work. It all started when I started my ‘social enterprise on child safety.’ By the time I attended the six week-fully sponsored training programme with other young West Africans on the Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Leadership Centre platform, I saw the possibility.
