Narrating his ordeal in a series of video clips on his Twitter handle, Ajose who said he is the leader of the 13 families affected, said that he has gone into hiding as the Chinese men who are always escorted by policemen deployed by the Area Commander of Agbara Police Division, have been hunting him to either kill him or abduct him to an unknown place.

“On June 1, 2023, when I was going to meet with the 13 families on the issue of the lands, I never knew that the Chinese had targeted me, and when I was riding on my bike, they drove on a high speed from my front to knock me down. They wanted to run me over. “He only commanded the DPO of Igbesa Police Division that I should be arrested and be brought to Abeokuta. He only listened to one party of the matter without even asking that I should be invited to hear from me. This is what is giving the Chinese the power and the boldness to come after my life.

“I want to call on the Inspector General of Police to please assist me in checking his men from Agbara Area Command in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area. They are the ones following the bulldozer operators whenever they are going to farms to destroy our cash and food crops.
