A 34-year-old man, identified as Iliya Adamu, has hanged himself after he was accused of stealing his brother's N40,000 in Adamawa State, SaharaReporters has learnt. The remains of Adamu's body were discovered on Tuesday dangling on a tree in a nearby bush in Girei, in the Girei Local Government Area of the state. Adamu reportedly resorted to suicide because he could not withstand being mocked and called a thief. His brother was said to have fingered him in the disappearance of N40,000 kept in a family safe.
