The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has suspended the trial of a former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Oduah in the alleged N7.9 billion fraud charges brought against her by the Nigerian Government. The Judge ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to find the persons behind a breach of his privacy following the receipt of text messages regarding the case.Justice Ekwo, who gave the order on Thursday, shared copies of the messages to lawyers representing the parties in the open court and brought out a publication by the group in which his life was threatened over the planned trial, PM News reports.
