The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says 87,209,007 permanent voter cards (PVC) have been collected nationwide ahead of the Saturday's presidential and National Assembly elections. This was announced by the INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, on Thursday during a media briefing at the national collation centre in Abuja. The general elections will be held in Nigeria on 25 February 2023 to elect the President and Vice President and members of the Senate and House of Representatives.
