The Nigerian Army has promoted Second Lieutenant Princess Oluchukwu Owowo to the substantive rank of Lieutenant .Lt. General TA Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff, authorized the promotion in recognition of Owowo’s exemplary performance and dedication.
