Nigeria will have to borrow N5.62 trillion to finance deficits in the 2022 budget.
That revelation came from the highlights of 2022-2024 Medium Term Expenditure Framework , and Fiscal Strategy Paper presented by the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed.The federal government will also reduce the capital expenditure allocation of Ministries Departments and Agencies in the budget by N259.31 billion.
