The Nation Newspaper Nigeria needs coordinated approach to meet 2030 target on water supply- WaterAid
An international non-governmental organisation, WaterAid has said 185 million people lack access to basic water supply.
Mere said for Nigeria to meet the 2030 on access to water supply, it would require a six-fold increase in current rates of progress. She stated that increased access to sustainable water largely depended on coordinated and integrated approach to water resources management driven by cohesion, alliance building, collaboration, and partnership by key government and private stakeholders and sector players.
