The newspaper says the senate has passed a bill seeking to increase the capital base of risk-based insurance companies. According to the NBS, 614,937 Nigerians were killed and 2,235,954 others kidnapped across the country between May 2023 and April 2024, Daily Trust reports. The newspaper says commercial banks have limited cash withdrawals on automated teller machines (ATMs) to N20,000 for multiple account holders
